Some of these linked sites may provide you with opportunities to purchase products. We do not endorse any of the Products nor do we make any representations or warranties in connection with the Products.
Please exercise respect when participating in any of Trendy Robots community features such as Forums, Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, Email functions, etc. You may not submit or publish through Trendy Robot any User Materials that are libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, an infringement on any intellectual property rights of a third party or would otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Certain parts of the Site may ask for written suggestions or problem reports such as using our contact form or problem report form. In such a case, please read carefully the specific terms, which govern those Submissions. In the absence of Additional Terms, the Trendy Robot Terms of Use shall govern your legal rights with respect to those Submissions.
In any event, any Submissions you send to Trendy Robot will not be treated as confidential and Trendy Robot shall not be liable for any disclosure of the Submissions.
All of the materials featured on the website have been submitted using our by the end users, unless otherwise noted. If you notice a material on the site that does not state the proper credits please inform us right away. If any of the materials belong to you, please send us a email and we will remove them immediately. By submitting materials to us you agree that you have created them and own full copyright privelages.

Governing Law
By accessing this Site, you and Trendy Robot agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Trendy Robot, and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks of Trendy Robot or other related companies. Trendy Robot is registered in the United States & Canada Patent and Trademark Office.
Registrations have been filed in several other countries. Trendy Robots trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Trendy Robots, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Trendy Robot. All other trademarks not owned by Trendy Robot or any of its related companies that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Trendy Robot.
All the materials featured here are the property of the rightful author and may not be used or distributed without the authors permission. Putting the following aside the brushes may be used for personal projects. If you require the brushes for commercial use please contact the author.
